Starting from this date, the pre-registration process will commence, requiring individuals interested in attending in person to complete an online pre-registration form.

PRE-REGISTRATION DEADLINE
The three-month deadline has concluded, during which all individuals interested in attending in person were able to complete the online pre-registration process in a timely manner and without any issues.

REGISTRATION CONFIRMATION
Once you have completed the in-person pre-registration process for the LARAS Symposium, if you have been accepted to participate, you will receive a confirmation email. This message will contain detailed information about your participation, such as the date and time of the event, the location, and any other relevant details. Additionally, we will provide useful links to access the event agenda and any additional materials you may need.

CONFIRMATION OF ATTENDANCE
In light of the various circumstances that may arise concerning permits, resources, and personal situations, all individuals who have been accepted and allocated a space to attend in-person to the Symposium will be requested to confirm their attendance, as well as their interest in enrolling in any workshops. This confirmation process will be open from October 15 to November 22. This is essential for the organization to ascertain the attendees who will participate in person, thereby allowing us to adequately prepare the necessary materials and manage the required capacity.
