Poster Submission Closed
We sincerely thank everyone who expressed interest in participating. The submission period has now closed. Next week, the posters will be available on the website for their respective evaluation.
Pósters
We would be delighted to learn about your work through the presentation of a poster
Topics of interest include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Exposure Assessment
- Risk Analysis
- Hazard Analysis
- Risk Communication
Participation can be either virtual or in-person.
Posters can be presented in either Spanish or English and should include: Title, Authors, and Affiliation.

Poster requirements:
- Title: Brief and engaging, with a maximum of 15 words. It is suggested: : (72-120 pt. to be clearly visible from a distance)
- Font: Of your choice, but the size should be large enough for comfortable reading. It is suggested: (Main Text: 24-36 pt.) (Details or footer: 18-24 pt.)
- Authors: Include all individuals involved in the development of the work.
- Institution: University, institute, etc.
- Abstract: Not necessary.
- Introduction: Preferably include the problem and objectives.
- Methodology: Schematic, graphic, and/or with diagrams if possible.
- Results: Present in graphs, tables, figures, and photos.
- Discussion: Not included in the poster, but it is recommended to expand on this in the video.
- Conclusions: Brief and clear.
It is important that the text in the poster is informative and educational, with a conceptual synthesis that explains the essence of the presented work.
Poster format:
Submit in PDF format.
Dimensions: 100 cm high x 60 cm wide.
In addition, along with the poster in PDF, please include an explanatory video in MP4 format. This video must have a maximum duration of 30 seconds.
